I’ve been taking these capsules for a few months now. I was really surprised how quickly I felt changes. Within a couple days, it helped resolve some digestive issues I was having.

I ran out of the product for a few weeks, and during this time, I strained my ankle. As soon as I got more capsules, the strain resolved almost immediately!
