Thank you for shopping with Dragon Spirit Health. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.
Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for credit or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for store credit:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Store Credit Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If approved, your store credit will be issued to your account or via your original payment method within a few business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
