Gummies for Breakfast don't twist my arm. I have gone the gel and capsule route and I have to say I have enjoyed the ease of just popping in my gummies on the way out the door. I don't always make smoothies and sometimes get tired of taking pills so having a gummy option has been wonderful. They taste so good I have to restrain my self from eating them like candy!!! I never take baths but I absolutely love lavender and rose scents, so I decided to get this product and finally treat myself to a bath. Instantly as I poured some of this mixture in the bath I felt relaxed and I could feel the tension in my body leave. Not only is the scent perfect but it converted me to take more baths!
