Gummies for Breakfast don't twist my arm. I have gone the gel and capsule route and I have to say I have enjoyed the ease of just popping in my gummies on the way out the door. I don't always make smoothies and sometimes get tired of taking pills so having a gummy option has been wonderful. They taste so good I have to restrain my self from eating them like candy!!! You wont regret getting these!
