I’m so obsessed with sea moss now - after taking it every day for a month, it’s easy to tell how many benefits I’m already seeing after such a short time. My skin! It’s never glowed like this before, and it’s so even and smooth without changing anything else in my routine. I just finished my second jar of sea moss and have seen some really good benefits so far! I have seen an increase in my overall energy levels, have had a regular cycle the two months I took it, but the biggest and most unexpected benefit has been an increase in my libido. The taste of the sea moss is very mild, and the texture is pretty smooth- my fave ways to take it are by mixing with a smoothie or into a small amount of juice in the mornings!
