What is Bladderwrack?

Bladderwrack is a seaweed that is found on the coasts of most Oceans. It’s most recognizable by its deep green and brown stems that attach to rocks and its “sacs'' that keep it floating above and within the water.

It's is coated with special types of beta carotene and chlorophyll that work together to help protect the plant from the sun’s rays while simultaneously allowing it to collect a wider range of the light spectrum. The results are that it has a superior ability to harness energy from the sun and absorb the maximum amount of nutrients. This is what makes it so powerful when it comes to helping us with our health and healing.

Can Bladderwrack Help Plant Based People?

If you are plant based or you know someone who is plant based, you probably know about B12 deficiency. B12 is a very important vitamin that helps keeps your nerve cells and blood cells healthy and functioning. Chronic Vitamin B12 can lead to physical, neurological, and psychological problems on the severe end, and serious fatigue and lack of energy on the lower end.

Your body is not able to make B12 on its own, so you have to consume it through foods such as meat, dairy, and eggs. Which is why, when you are plant based it can be more difficult to manage and maintain your Vitamin B12 levels. That is where this herb comes in!!! It contains high levels of B12 to help you increase your levels while remaining and keeping your plant based diet.
